Vergennes Design & Build

A unique addition to our portfolio, we converted a free standing garage into a compact and highly efficient dwelling in Waltham, Vermont. The design of this house speaks well with the marsh lands behind it, especially during the golden days of summer and fall. The cozy interior features a space ideal for a single person’s or a couple’s transition into simple and secluded living. A timber frame barn was also built that adds to the piece of land as a whole and gives some coverage for valuables in the winter months.
