Lake House Renovation & Addition
The total Guide package: a deep energy retrofit, remodel, and addition on a late 1800s lake house in Ferrisburgh, Vermont. With stunning views of Lake Champlain, we remodeled the interior of this home to emphasize simplicity and for natural light to be the star of the show. We also erected an addition to allow for an open first floor concept to create a collaborative family living environment including a remodeled kitchen and new mudroom. To make sure this house was ready for whatever Vermont weather throws its way for many years to come, structural improvements, air sealing and insulating were conducted throughout the space.
