Builder (any level of experience)
We are looking for someone to join our small team of builders. We believe in the value of character and work ethic. We will not discount anyone based on skill and experience. Whether you have years of experience or none at all, we want to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate is someone who is naturally curious, an energetic learner, and an excellent communicator. As part of our team, the ability to listen deeply and self motivate are essential. We are seeking someone who is flexible, can adapt to change, and works well in a small team. Our only requirements are that you must be able to lift 50 lbs over your head, and work onsite in Vermont.
